يهدف البحث للتعرف على القيم التربوية الإيمانية والاجتماعية لشخصية عظيمة مشرقة في الإسلام ومن أفضل الصحابة الكرام وكبرائهم (عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه) مع ذكر نبذة يسيرة بالتعريف به وعن فضله ومكانته في الإسلام، ليُقتدى به الفرد والمجتمع المسلم. ونهجت الباحثة المنهج الا ستنباطي والوصفي والتاريخي. كما توصلت الباحثة أن القيم الإيمانية في سيرة عمر بن الخطاب متمثلة في خشيته ويقينه وتقواه لربه، والتربية على القيم الاجتماعية سبب لصلاح الفرد والمجتمع وهو ما يتضح من دراسة سيرة عمر بن الخطاب، وأن غرس قيمة العدل في حياة عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه الاجتماعية وتأمين المساواة بين رعيته ساد الأمن والأمان في خلافته. وتوصي الباحثة بأن يصدر منهج مخصص في دراسة سير الصحابة في المؤسسات التعليمية عبر خطط المناهج الدراسية. كما على الباحثين إجراء المزيد من الدراسات التربوية في شخصية عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه وإبراز دوره السياسي والسلوك القيادي وأثرها على المجتمعات الإسلامية. The research aims to identify the educational, faith and social values of a great bright personality in Islam, one of the best and dignitaries companions (Omar bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him) with a brief introduction about him, his virtue and position in Islam, to be followed by both individual and the Muslim community. The researcher used the deductive, descriptive and historical approach. The researcher also concluded that the values of faith in the life of Omar Bin Al-Khattab are represented in his fear, certainty and piety to his Lord, education on social values is a reason for the good of the individual and society, that is evidenced by the study of the life of Omar Bin Al-Khattab, instilling the value of justice in the life of Omar Bin Al-Khattab may Allah be pleased with him, because of securing Equality between his nation there was security and safety in his caliphate. The researcher recommends the issuance of curriculum in the study of the companions’ biography in educational institutions through curriculum plans. The researchers should conduct more educational studies in the personality of Omar Bin Al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him and highlight his political role and leadership behavior and their impact on Islamic societies.
