هدفت الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالاحتراق النفسي من خلال المواقف الحياتية الضاغطة ومستوى الرضا المهني لدى معلمات التربية الفكرية، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (60) معلمة من معلمات التربية الفكرية. واستخدمت الدراسة قائمة الاحتراق النفسي لماسلاش (Maslach Burn out Inventory)، ومقياس الرضا المهني (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس المواقف الحياتية الضاغطة (إعداد الباحثة). وتم استخدام الانحدار المتعدد ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بالاحتراق النفسي من خلال المواقف الحياتية الضاغطة ومستوى الرضا المهني المنخفض لدى معلمات التربية الفكرية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المواقف الحياتية الاقتصادية الضاغطة وانخفاض الرضا عن طبيعة العمل مع الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية هي أكثر إنبائا باحتمالية تعرض المعلمة للاحتراق النفسي. The study aimed at predicting psychological burnout through stressful life events and level of job satisfaction among Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study was applied to a sample of (60) Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study used Maslach Bum out Inventory, job Satisfaction Scale (prepared by Researcher), Stressful life events Scale (prepared by Researcher). Multiple regression, Pearson correlation coefficient were used. The results of the study reached the possibility of predicting psychological Burn-out through stressful life events and job satisfaction among Female teachers of intellectually disabled students. The study also found that economic stressful life events and low satisfaction with the nature of working with students with intellectual disabilities are more predictive of the possibility of teacher exposure to psychological burnout.
