هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة اهتمام المشرفات التربويات بتعزيز التربية الإبداعية لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تعليم الجوف، اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (52) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تعليم الجوف، حيث طبقت أداة الاستبانة عليهن بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أن درجة اهتمام المشرفات التربويات بتعزيز التربية الإبداعية لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في منطقة تعليم الجوف جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جداً وبنسبة تأييد 84.3 %، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة التنسيق بين وزارة التربية والتعليم ومدراء المدارس لاختيار المشرفات التربويات وفق معايير تربوية تتضمن تعزيز التربية الإبداعية لدى معلمات المرحلة الثانوية. The study aimed to determine the degree of interest of female educational supervisors in promoting creative education among secondary school female teachers in Al-Jawf Education District, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample consisted of (52) female secondary school teachers in Al-Jawf Education District, Where the questionnaire tool was applied to them after verifying its validity and reliability, and the most important findings of the study are that the degree of interest of educational supervisors in promoting creative education among secondary school teachers in Al-Jawf education area came to a very large degree, with a support rate of 84.3%, in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of coordination between the Ministry of Education and school principals to select educational supervisors according to educational standards that include promoting creative education for secondary school teachers.
