هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة معلم العلوم في تعزيز مهارات التفكير الإبداعي (الطلاقة، الأصالة، المرونة( لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة في مدارس منطقة حائل، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت العينة من (57) معلم علوم من مدارس منطقة حائل، حيث طبقت أداة الاستبانة عليهم بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أن مساهمة معلم العلوم في تعزيز مهارات التفكير الإبداعي (الطلاقة، الأصالة، المرونة( لدى طلاب المرحلة المتوسطة في مدارس منطقة حائل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جداً وبنسبة تأييد 84.6 ٪، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش تعليمية للقائمين على العملية التعليمية عن كيفية تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة، وتوفير الأدوات والوسائل التقنية اللازمة لتنمية التفكير الإبداعي في مجال تدريس مادة العلوم، وتشجيع طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة على الإبداع والابتكار في مادة العلوم وفي بقية المواد الدراسية. The study aimed to determine the extent of the science teacher’s contribution to enhancing creative thinking skills (fluency, originality, flexibility) among middle school students in the schools of the Hail region. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the sample consisted of (57) science teachers from schools in the Hail region. The questionnaire tool was applied to them after making sure of its validity and reliability, and the most important findings of the study were that the contribution of the science teacher in enhancing creative thinking skills (fluency, originality, flexibility) among middle school students in the schools of the Hail region came to a very large degree with an approval rate of 84.6%, and in In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of holding training courses and educational workshops for those in charge of the educational process on how to develop creative thinking skills among middle school students, and providing the necessary technical tools and means to develop creative thinking in the field of science teaching, and encouraging middle school students to creativity and innovation in science.
