يشهد العالم في العصر الحالي تطورات علمية وتقنية ضخمة ومستمرة؛ والتي لها أثر واضح في تغيير حياة الشعوب، وهذا الأمر يعطي أهمية خاصة لتنمية الموارد البشرية، وفرص التعليم المستمر والممتد مدى الحياة للأفراد، وتعليم الكبار لمواكبة التغيرات والتحولات التي لحقت بأدوارهم ومهامهم في ظل هذه التطورات، وانطلاقا من ذلك هدف البحث الحالي إلى التخطيط لإنشاء كلية متخصصة داخل الجامعة المصرية لتعليم الكبار في إطار التعليم المستمر، وقد استخدم البحث لتحقيق ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وأحد الأساليب الرئيسة للتخطيط الشبكي للبرامج والمشروعات التعليمية وهو أسلوب بيرت، وتمثلت أهم نتائج البحث في اقتراح بديلين مستقبليين لمشروع كلية تعليم الكبار والتعليم المستمر في الجامعة المصرية، أحدهما وفقا لتصور الخبراء والآخر وفقا لتصور الباحثة، وقد تم تمثيل كل بديل بشبكة خاصة به. The world now is witnessing a huge and continuous scientific and technical development which has a clear impact on changing communities lives. This matter gives special importance to human resources development, opportunities for continuing and life-long learning for individuals, and adult learning. In order to keep pace with the changes and transformations that have affected their roles and tasks in the light of these developments. Based on this, the aim of the current research is planning to establish a specialized college for adult learning in the context of continuing learning within the Egyptian university. To achieve this, aim the research uses the descriptive approach, and one of the main methods of network planning for educational programs and projects, and it is Program Evaluation and Review Technique (P.E.R.T). The most important results of the research are the suggestion of two prospective alternatives for a project of “College for Adult Learning and Continuing Education” at the Egyptian university. One according to the experts' perspective and the other according to the researcher's perspective, and each alternative is represented by its own bar chart (network). (Published abstract)
