هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن إمكانية تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في الجامعات الأردنية لدى القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الجزئي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (331) قائدًا أكاديميًا وإداريًا من قادة الجامعات الأردنية، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من أربعة مجالات (مجال التخطيط، ومجال التنفيذ، ومجال المتابعة والإشراف، ومجال التقويم والمراجعة)، موزعة على (27) فقرة، بعد التأكد من إجراءات صدقها وثباتها؛ وذلك للحصول على نتائج الدراسة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ إمكانية تطبيق إدارة المخاطر في الجامعات الأردنية لدى القادة الأكاديميين والإداريين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي 2.66 عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال تنفيذ سياسة إدارة المخاطر وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعزى لأثر نوع الجامعة ونوع الكلية في جميع المجالات، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تُعزى لأثر المؤهل في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال المتابعة والإشراف، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) تعزى لأثر العمر في جميع المجالات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الفئة العمرية (50) سنة فما فوق، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشكيل قسم خاص بإدارة المخاطر في الجامعات الأردنية يكون مهمته التعامل مع المخاطر الجامعية المحتملة. The study aimed to reveal the possibility of applying risk management in Jordanian universities among academic and administrative leaders, The partial descriptive survey method was used and the study sample consisted of (331) leaders and administrative, the study tool consists of four areas of questionnaire (planning, implementation, follow-up, supervision, evaluation and review). Distributed to (27) paragraphs, the instrument was tested for validity and reliability, in order to obtain the results of the study, findings revealed that the study concluded that the possibility of applying risk management in Jordanian universities among academic and administrative leaders came with (M≤2.66, α≤0.05). There were no statistically significant differences at α≤0.05 between the average of respondents estimates due to the effect of gender in all areas except the implementation of risk management policy and the differences in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant differences at level (α≤ 0.05). Among the averages of the attributed sample estimates are the effect of university and college type in all fields, and the presence of statistically significant differences on the significance level (α≤0.05) attributable to the effect of qualification in all areas except follow-up and supervision, and the presence of statistically significant differences on the level of importance (α≤0.05) attributed to the effect of age in the study. The differences were in favor of the age group 50 and above the study recommended the need to form a special department for risk management in Jordanian universities to deal with potential university risks.
