هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية الكفايات المهنية لمعلمات التقنية في المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وقد اتبعت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهجين التاليين لتحقيق أهداف دراستها، وهما المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمات التقنية في مديرية التعليم في مدينة الرياض والذين يعملون في المدارس الثانوية للعام 1441-1442هـ. وقد اختارت الباحثة عينة الدراسة بطريقة قصدية وتكونت من حوالي (22) معلمة من معلمات التقنية في المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت الباحثة اختبارا تحصيليا، وبطاقة ملاحظة، وبرنامجا تدريبيا. وتوصلت الدراسة نتائج من أهمها: أن جميع التقييمات الصادرة من عينة البحث لمدى توافر الكفايات المهنية، كانت في مجملها عالية، وهذا قد يكون راجعا إلى طبيعة الدورات التدريبية التي تحصل عليها المعلمات قبل التحاقهن بالعمل، وكذلك قد يكون عائدا إلى طبيعة الدراسة في البكالوريوس. أن نسبة الكسب المعدل لبلاك فقد تراوحت ما بين (1.307) و(1.318)، وهي نسب مرتفعة عن محك الفاعلية المحدد (1.2)، مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الكفايات المهنية لدى المجموعة التجريبية من أفراد العينة في تنمية التحصيل المعرفي والأداء المهاري، ولذلك أوصت الباحثة بضرورة اعتماد البرامج التدريبية القائمة على أساس الكفايات التقنية في تدريب المعلمات؛ لأثرها في الارتقاء بأداء المعلمات. The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program in developing professional competencies for technical teachers at the secondary level in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this study, the researcher followed the following two approaches to achieve the goals of her study, namely the descriptive analytical approach and the semi-experimental approach. The study community consists of all the technical parameters in the education directorate in the city of Riyadh, who work in secondary schools for the year 1441-1442 AH. The researcher chose the study sample intentionally and consisted of about (22) technical teachers in secondary schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher prepared the study tools which were represented in achievement test and the observation card. The study reached many results, the most important of which are that all evaluations issued from the research sample to the extent of availability of vocational competencies were in their entirety high, and this may be due to the nature of the training courses that the teachers get before joining the work, and also may be due to the nature of the study in BSC. The ratio of modified plaque gain ranged between (307 and 1 - 318 and 1), which are all high levels of the specified efficacy criterion) 1.2), which confirms the effectiveness of the training program based on professional competencies with the experimental group of sample individuals, and therefore the researcher recommended the need to adopt the existing training programs on the basis of competencies in training female teachers, because they have demonstrated an improvement in female teachers ’performance clearly, if their performance is compared before implementing this program.
