يهدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسات التعليم النوعي متخذة من كلية التربية النوعية بالزقازيق نموذجا من خلال استعراض مفهوم الميزة التنافسية وخصائصها ومجالاتها بصفة عامة وفي التعليم النوعي بصفة خاصة والإجراءات اللازمة لتوفير تلك المتطلبات واستعراض نشأة التعليم النوعي وتطوره مع التركيز على كلية التربية النوعية بجامعة الزقازيق. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى دراسة الحالة كأحد أساليبه، وتم تطبيق استبانة عدد عباراتها (80 عبارة) موزعة على مجالات الميزة التنافسية السبع على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغ عددها (ستون عضوا) بالأقسام العملية والنظرية بالكلية، وتناول البحث الميزة التنافسية المفهوم والخصائص والمجالات والتعليم النوعي النشأة والتطور، وكلية التربية النوعية بالزقازيق الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف الاستراتيجية ومجالات الميزة التنافسية بها. وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج منها أن واقع مؤسسات التعليم النوعي الحالي لا يسمح بتحقيق مزايا تنافسية نتيجة لعدة عوامل منها جمود بعض البرامج والمقررات وعدم ملائمتها للعصر، أما عن واقع مجالات الميزة التنافسية بكلية التربية النوعية بالزقازيق فيأتي الاهتمام بمجالي خدمة المجتمع وجودة عمليتي التعليم والتعلم الأكثر تحققا بينما تأتي مجالات تدويل التعليم النوعي وتقديم الخدمات المتميزة واستثمار العنصر البشري الأقل تحققا مما يؤكد وجود قصور في تحقيق الكلية لمعظم مجالات الميزة التنافسية، ويقدم البحث آليات وإجراءات لتفعيل تلك المجالات السبع بمؤسسات التعليم النوعي بما يضمن لها البقاء والاستمرار والقدرة على المنافسة المستدامة. The current research aims to define the requirements for achieving a competitive advantage for qualitative education institutions. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach and case study. A questionnaire that includes the seven feature areas was applied on a sample of the teaching staff in the faculty in the practical and theoretical departments. The research dealt with the competitive advantage through the concept, characteristics, fields, specific education in origin and development, the Faculty of Specific Education in Zagazig, the vision, mission, strategic goals and fields of competitive advantage in it. The researcher reached several results, including the current reality of specific educational institutions do not allow achieving competitive advantages as a result of several factors, including the rigidity of some programs and decisions and their inconvenience for the time. The fact of the competitive advantage fields in the Faculty of Specific Education in Zagazig comes to pay attention to the fields of community service and the quality of the processes of education and learning which most achieved. But, the fields of internationalization of quality education and the provision of distinguished services and investment of the human element are less achieved. This confirms the existence of a failure in the college to achieve most fields of competitive advantage. This requires activating these seven fields in specific educational institutions to ensure their survival, continuity and sustainable competitiveness. (Published abstract)
