هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقويم أثر برنامج بحث الدرس في تنمية عادات العقل لمعلمات اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة الجوف والكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر المعلمات، والتي قد تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، أو عدد الدورات التدريبية، أو المؤهل العلمي). واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (278) معلمة لغة عربية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة موزعة على (8) محاور، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود درجة موافقة عالية على أثر برنامج بحث الدرس في تنمية عادات العقل من وجهة نظر المعلمات، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجة أثر برنامج بحث الدرس في تنمية عادات العقل من وجهة نظر المعلمات تعزى لمتغيرات سنوات الخبرة، أو عدد الدورات التدريبية، أو المؤهل العلمي. This study aimed to Evaluate school based professional development (lesson study) in developing habits of mind from the point of view of the Arabic language teachers for the primary stage in Al-Jouf region, and to detect the differences in the views of teachers, which may due to variables of (years of experience, the number of training courses, or educational qualification). The descriptive method was used, and the study sample consisted of (278) teachers. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to collect data. The results showed that the degree of approval on the effect of professional development based on the school (lesson study) in developing habits of the mind from the view point of teachers was high. The results also showed that there are no differences in the views of teachers, due to variables of (years of experience, the number of training courses, or educational qualification).
