هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتعظيم الفائدة من المدارس الثانوية الفنية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج داخل المصنع بمحافظة الدقهلية في تحسين كفاءة خريجيها. وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي حيث اتضحت خطواته من خلال التنظير لمفهوم الكفاءة الخارجية، والتعريف بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي وأهدافه، وبعض المشكلات التي تواجهه، وبعض مؤشرات كفاءة خريجي التعليم الثانوي الصناعي، وطرق قياسها، كما اتضح أيضا من خلال عرض الإطار المفاهيمي للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج كأحد أنماط التعليم الفني، والتعرف على طبيعة الدراسة بمدرسة "إنديجو الثانوية الفنية للتعليم والتدريب المزدوج" بإدارة طلخا التعليمية بمحافظة الدقهلية، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في تطبيق استبانتين إحداهما موجهة إلى القائمين على أمر المدرسة، والتي بلغ عددهم (17) والأخرى، موجهة إلى طلاب المدرسة حيث تم التطبيق على عدد (58) طالبا وطالبة بالصف الثاني والثالث، وقد انتهى البحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتحسين كفاءة خريجي المدارس الثانوية الصناعية من خلال مدارس التعليم والتدريب المزدوج (مدرسة داخل مصنع). The aim of the current research is to develop a proposed perception to maximize the benefit of technical secondary schools for the dual education inside the factory in Dakahlia governorate in improving the efficiency of its graduates. The research used the descriptive method, Through theorizing the concept of External efficiency, the definition of industrial secondary education and its goals, some of the problems facing it, and some indicators of the efficiency of industrial secondary education graduates, and ways of measuring them, it was also presenting the concept of dual education as one as of the technical education patterns, And get acquainted with the nature of the study at "Indigo Technical Secondary School for Dual Education and Training" at Talkha Educational Administration, Dakahlia governorate. The research tools were represented in the application of two questionnaires, one of which was directed at those responsible for the school matter, which numbered (17) and the other, directed at school students, where the application was applied to (58) students in the second and third grade, where the research ended with a proposed concept to improve the efficiency of school graduates Industrial secondary school through dual education schools (a school inside a factory).
