هدفت الدراسة إلى صوغ بعض الآليات والإجراءات التي يمكن من خلالها توظيف مدخل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تحقيق معايير جودة الحياة الوظيفية للمعلم الجامعي، مستخدمة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال عرض الأسس النظرية لمجال جودة الحياة الوظيفية والأدبيات ذات الصلة، وتحليل أبعادها المحددة لها ومعاييرها الحاكمة ومؤشراتها الدالة، واستخلاص متطلبات التحقيق اللازمة؛ توصلا في النهاية إلى كيفية إسهام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في تحقيق المعايير ذات الارتباط بالبعد المادي والاقتصادي، والبعد النفسي والاجتماعي، والبعد الإداري والتعليمي، تبعا لوظائف الجامعة ومهام المعلم الجامعي فيها. The study aimed to formulate some mechanisms and procedures through which the contributions of modern technology can be used in achieving quality of work life of a faculty member, using the descriptive analytical approach, by presenting the theoretical foundations for the field of Quality of work Life and the relevant literature, and analyzing its specific dimensions and its governing standards and indicators, and extracting the necessary investigation requirements; finally reached how modern technology contributes in achieving standards related to the physical and economic dimension, the psychological and social dimension, and the administrative and educational dimension, depending on the functions of University and the tasks of the faculty member there.
