يهدف البحث بصورة أساسية إلى الاستفادة من تطبيقات المدارس الجاذبة بالتعليم الثانوي في بعض الولايات الأمريكية في جمهورية مصر العربية. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم البحث المنهج المقارن، وسار البحث وفق هذا المنهج في مجموعة من الخطوات بدأت بالإطار العام للدراسة، ثم توضيح الإطار الفكري للمدارس الجاذبة في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، ثم تناول البحث أبرز ملامح تطبيقات المدارس الجاذبة في التعليم الثانوي في (ولاية كونيتيكت، ولاية فلوريدا، ولاية كارولينا الشمالية)، وتلا ذلك خطوة التحليل المقارن، ثم عرض وتحليل واقع الجهود المصرية المبذولة في تطوير التعليم الثانوي في ضوء مفهوم المدارس الجاذبة، وتضمنت الخطوة الأخيرة الإجراءات المقترحة لتطبيق المدارس الجاذبة في التعليم الثانوي في جمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء الاستفادة من الإطار الفكري، وخبرة بعض الولايات الأمريكية في هذا المجال. To achieve this purpose, the research used the comparative approach. The research proceeded according to this approach in a series of steps, starting with the general framework of the study. Then clarify the theoretical basis for Magnet schools in contemporary educational literature. Then the research clarified the most prominent features of Magnet schools' Implementation in secondary education in (Connecticut, Florida, North Carolina). This was followed by a step in the comparative analysis. Then the reality of Egyptian efforts to develop secondary education was analyzed in the light of the concept of Magnet schools. The last step included the proposed procedures for applying Magnet schools in secondary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of benefiting from the theoretical basis, and the experience of some American states in this field.
