هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى وعي طلاب الدراسات العليا بجامعة القاهرة بأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية وسبل تنميتها، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، مستخدما الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات باعتبارها من أهم وأنسب أدوات المنهج الوصفي، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من (24) فقرة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا بجامعة القاهرة مكونة من (200) طالب تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بنسبة (9.3%) من المجتمع الأصلي للطلاب البالغ (2141) طالبا في العام الجامعي 2018/ 2019م، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى وعي الطلاب بأبعاد المواطنة الرقمية جاء بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (1.79). The research aims to know the level of awareness of graduate students at Cairo University towards the dimensions of digital citizenship and the ways to develop it, and the research relied on the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool consisting of (24) phrases, as it is one of the most important and most appropriate tools of the descriptive analytical approach on a sample of graduate students at Cairo University It is composed of (200) students, randomly selected, at a rate of (9.3%) from the original student community, and an adult (2141) student in the academic year 2018-2019. The results of the research showed that the level of students' awareness of the dimensions of digital citizenship came with an average degree with an arithmetic average of (1.79). (Published abstract)
