يعتبر الأخذ بثقافة الإبداع وتوفير متطلباتها من الموضوعات المهمة التي تجد اهتماماً كبيراً ومتواصل من أي نظام تعليمي متطور. وتتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في محاولة النهوض بالمعاهد الإبتدائية الأزهرية وتطوير منظومة التعليم الإبتدائي الأزهري في ضوء متطلبات ثقافة الإبداع. وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من تناولها قضية مهمة تشغل بال المهتمين بتطوير العمل داخل المؤسسات التعليمية وهي قضية نشر ثقافة الإبداع داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، وتنمية القدرات الإبداعية لدى طلابها، ولنوعية المستفيدين منها وهم المخططون ومتخذوا القرارات. وتهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير المعاهد الإبتدائية الأزهرية في ضوء متطلبات ثقافة الإبداع. The current study aims to illustrate the educational principles and foundation which the creativity culture set up on them, in addition to recognizing, the current fact of Azhary primary institutes. In quiuibia governorate. Also put suggested Vision to develop Azhary primary institutes at the light of creativity culture requires. The study used the historical method in order to recognize the origination and development of Azhary primary education. The study used the descriptive method to know the real statue of Azhary primary education. The study applied questionnaires and observation card and meeting with managers of institutes and teachers of Azhary primary institutes and some parents, the study exists a duplication in the curriculums of Azhary primary education and the study plans have no creativity activities, so the pupils don’t practice the educational activities, most of teachers didn’t ’t interested in using modern educational facilities, they are using the studying book and the board as educational facilities also the exams concentrate on knowledge side only for the pupil. The study has recommended to spread creativity culture in the Azhary primary education. (Published abstract)
