تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ظاهرة الضغط النفسي وعلاقتها بالصلابة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي، على أساس أن هذه المهنة تعد من بين المهن الأكثر تعرضاً للضغوط النفسية، وهذا من خلال الكشف عن مســتوى الضــغوط النفسية لــدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي وعن علاقتها بالصلابة النفسية كإستراتيجية لمواجهته. حيث أشارت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود مســـتوى متوسط من الضغوط النفســـية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي و إلى وجود علاقة عكسية دلالة إحصائياً بين الضغوط النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي والصلابة النفسية. This study aims to identify the phenomenon of psychological stress and its relationship with the psychological hardness of the teachers of primary education, on the basis that this profession is among the professions most vulnerable to psychological pressure in order to detect the level of psychological stress among teachers of primary education and its relationship to psychological rigidity as a strategy to address it. To the existence of an average level of psychological stress, and to the existence of an inverse relationship statistically significant psychological stress and psychological rigidity. Cette étude vise à identifier le phénomène du stress psychologique et son lien avec la dureté psychologique des enseignants de l'enseignement primaire, en considérant que cette profession est l'une des professions les plus exposées à la pression psychologique afin de détecter le niveau de stress psychologique parmi les enseignants de l'enseignement primaire et sa relation avec la rigidité psychologique en tant que stratégie pour y remédier. À l’existence d’un niveau moyen de stress psychologique et à l’existence d’une relation inverse, un stress psychologique statistiquement significatif et une rigidité psychologique. (Résumé publié)
