هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات اللازمة لمديري المدارس للعمل في حالات الطوارئ وعلاقة ذلك بالدافعية للعمل في حالات الطوارئ. وقد طبق البحث على عينة من مديري المدارس الحكومية بلغت (40) مدير/ة من مديريتي القاهرة والوازعية بمحافظة تعز اليمن. وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، كما تم إعداد أداتين لأغراض هذا البحث، هما: (اختبار تحصيلي، ومقياس الدافعية للعمل). وأظهرت النتائج الخروج بقائمة بأدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الممكن توظيفها في التعليم في حالات الطوارئ، وتوفر البعض منها في البيئة اليمنية بنسبة (50.8%)، في حين أظهرت النتائج أن درجة اشتراك عينة البحث ببعض برامج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بنسبة (44%) فقط. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضًا وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين التدريب على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والمستوى العام لكل من التحصيل والدافعية للعمل لدى عينة البحث في حالات الطوارئ. This study aimed at knowing the information and communication technology (ICT) tools necessary for school principles to work in emergency situations, training school principals on using them and finding the relationship between such training and both principles' achievement and motivation to work in emergencies. The sample of the study comprises (40) male and female principles who were non-randomly selected from some government schools in Al-Wazizyah and Al-Qahira districts of Taiz governorate-Yemen. The study used the quasi-experimental method being suitable for achieving the study objectives, and two inventory instruments were used for data collection. These are: (achievement test and work motivation scale). The collected data was processed using Means, Standard Deviations, relative weight, t-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study findings identify a list of ICT tools that can be used in education in emergency situations and (50.8%) of these tools are available in the Yemeni environment, while the results show that the degree of participation of the research sample in some ICT programs was only (44%). The results also show that there is statistically significant relationship between ICT training, and the general level of both achievement and motivation to work among the emergency research sample.
