استهدفت الدراسة تعرف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت. وتعرف أهم مصادرها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالباً وطالبة من الموهوبين و (134) طالباً وطالبة من العاديين. وقد تم فرز الطلبة الموهوبين من خلال اختيار الحاصلين على معدل (90%) فما فوق تبعا لسجلات التحصيل الدراسي، وتطبيق اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة لرافن، واختيار الحاصلين على تقدير (جـ+) في هذا الاختبار، ثم تطبيق اختبار تورانس الشكلي لقياس التفكير الإبداعي (صورةB ) عليهم واختيار الحاصلين على أعلى الدرجات. وقد تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة عليهم؛ وهي مقياس الضغوط النفسية من إعداد الباحثة. وكشفت النتائج انخفاض مستوى الضغوط لدى الطلبة الموهوبين بالمرحلة الثانوية. وقد تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الموهوبين والعاديين في تقدير مستوى كل من الضغوط الكلية، وجميع مصادر الضغوط الشخصية، والأسرية، والمدرسية، والعلاقات مع الآخرين، لصالح العاديين. وكشفت النتائج ارتفاع الضغوط لدى الإناث مقارنة بالذكور. كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجالات الضغوط الأسرية والدراسية والعلاقات تبعاً لتفاعل العينة والجنس، لصالح الإناث العاديات مقارنة بالذكور الموهوبين في هذه المجالات. وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من الدرجة الكلية والمجالات الفرعية للضغوط تبعاً للصف الدراسي، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية للضغوط والمجالات الفرعية تبعاً لتفاعل العينة والصف الدراسي. The study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress among gifted students in the secondary stage in Kuwait. Its most important sources are known. The study sample consisted of (60) gifted students and (134) ordinary students. The students were selected by selecting 90% and above according to the achievement records, applying the Raven matrices test, selecting (C +) in this test, and applying the formal test to measure creative thinking. Selecting the highest scorers. The study tool was applied to them. It is a measure of the psychological stress of the researcher. The results revealed a low level of pressure among high school gifted students. There were statistically significant differences between the gifted and the ordinary in estimating the level of total stress, all sources of personal, family, school, and interpersonal pressure for the benefit of ordinary people. The results revealed higher pressures for females compared to males. There were also statistically significant differences in the fields of family pressure, study and relationships according to the interaction of the sample and gender, in favor of the average females compared to the gifted males in these fields. The absence of statistically significant differences in both the total score and the sub-domains of the pressures according to the grade level, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences in the total degree of pressures and sub-domains according to the interaction of the sample and the grade.
