هدف البحث الحالي إلى التأصيل لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس الفلسفية للظاهرة من حيث الإطار المفاهيمي وأهم التحديات المجتمعية المسببة لها، وأيضاً التعرف على دور المؤسسات التربوية في مواجهتها، ثم وضع سيناريو ابتكاري لدور المؤسسات التربوية في مواجهة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية. ولتحقيق هذا استخدم المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام أسلوب السيناريوهات -كأحد الأساليب المنهجية في مجال الدراسات المستقبلية الاستشرافية- لرسم خطوط عامة حول مستقبل دور المؤسسات التربوية في مواجهة ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية في ظل الأوضاع المجتمعية المتغيرة، ومتطلبات تحقيق هذا الهدف. وقد تبنى البحث الحالي السيناريو الابتكاري بوصفه رؤية مستقبلية مواتية للقضاء على ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية، أو على الأقل التقليل من حدتها. The current research aimed at rooting out the phenomenon of illegal immigration through identifying the philosophical foundations of this phenomenon in terms of the conceptual framework and the most important social challenges that caused it. And also Identifying the role of educational institutions in facing it. Then developing an innovative scenario for the role- of educational institutions in Facing the phenomenon of Illegal Immigration. To achieve this goal the study used the descriptive approach, and the-scenario method to draw general lines on the futuristic role of educational institutions in Facing the phenomenon of Illegal Immigration in the light of changing societal conditions, and the requirements for achieving this goal. The current research adopted the innovative scenario as a vision for eliminating the phenomenon of illegal immigration, or at least to reduce its severity. (Published abstract)
