هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى تضمين أهداف وثيقة مواد العلوم الشرعية للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة لمبادئ حقوق الطفل في الإسلام. تكونت عينته من أهداف وثيقة منهج مواد العلوم الشرعية للمرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة التي وضعتها وزارة التربية والتعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في طبعتها عام 1427-1428هـ، وهي الأهداف الواردة في الفصول الأول حتى الرابع، وعددها 2535 هدفا. اعتمد البحث منهج التحليل التكاملي القائم على أسلوب تحليل المحتوى وفق أداة أعدتها الباحثة لتحليل أهداف الوثيقة. بعد بناء بطاقة تحليل المحتوى تم التأكد من صدقها، وذلك بعرضها على مجموعة محكمين، وطلب منهم إبداء رأيهم حول فقرات الأداة من حيث سلامة الصياغة والوضوح، واللغة وملائمة الفقرات، وإبداء أي مقترحات مناسبة لتحسين الأداة. تم حساب ثبات أداة التحليل بأسلوب اختلاف المحللين، حيث اختارت الباحثة عدد (50) هدفا من أهداف الوثيقة وقامت الباحثة بتحليلها كما طلبت من باحثة أخرى إجراء التحليل لنفس الأهداف السابقة بعد أن شرحت لها الباحثة الإجراءات المتبعة في عملية التحليل، وبعد ذلك، تم حساب ثبات بطاقة التحليل، عن طريق معامل الاتفاق بتطبيق معادلة كوبر (Cobeer) تكونت الأداة في صورتها النهائية من 26 حقاً اشتملت على مبادئ حقوق الطفل التي يعتقد أهمية تضمينها في أهداف الوثيقة. توزعت هذه الحقوق على أربع مجالات هي: مجال حقوق الجنين، مجال حقوق الرضيع، مجال حقوق الصبي، مجال الحقوق الخاصة. خلصت أهم نتائج البحث إلى التالي: اشتملت أهداف وثيقة منهج مواد العلوم الشرعية للمرحلتين الإبتدائية والمتوسطة على مبادئ حقوق الطفل تكررت 967 مرة. إلا أن معظم مبادئ الحقوق جاءت بشكل ضمني بما نسبته 79.42%. مبادئ حقوق الطفل التي يعتقد أهمية تضمينها في أهداف الوثيقة ضمن منها 23 حقا من أصل 26 حقاً الواردة في أداة البحث. لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المرحلتين الإبتدائية والمتوسطة في الأهداف التي تتناول مبادئ حقوق الطفل الصريحة في المجالات الأربع في أهداف المرحلتين. لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المرحلتين الابتدائية والمتوسطة في الأهداف التي تتناول مبادئ حقوق الطفل الضمنية في مجالي حقوق الصبي، والحقوق الخاصة. The research aims to identify the extent of inclusion of the principles of children's rights in Islam in the objectives of the document of Sharia sciences subjects for the primary and middle stages. The sample consisted of the objectives of the document of the curriculum of Sharia sciences subjects for the primary and middle stages; which developed by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its edition in 1427-1428 H. These are the 2535 objectives contained in chapters 1 to 4. The research has adopted the approach of integrative analysis based on the method of content analysis according to a tool prepared by the researcher to analyze the objectives of the document. After building the content analysis card, it was submitted to a pool of arbitrators to validate. The arbitrators were asked to express their opinions on the paragraphs of the tool in terms of the correctness of wording, clearness, language and suitability, as well as any appropriate proposals for improving the tool. The analysis tool stability was calculated using the way of the differences between analysts, as the researcher has chosen (50) of the document objectives and analyzed them. After explaining the procedures followed in the analysis process, she asked another researcher to analyze the same previous objectives. Then, the content analysis card was calculated through the agreement coefficient by applying the Cobeer equation. In its final form, the tool was consisted of 26 rights, which included the principles of the rights of child, whose inclusion in the objectives of the document is believed to be important. These rights were divided into four areas: the fetus' rights, infant's rights, child's rights and private rights. The main findings of the research were summarized as follows: The objectives of the curriculum of the Sharia sciences subjects for the primary and middle stages have included the principles of the rights of the child, which were repeated 967 times. However, most of the principles of the rights were implicitly represented by 79.42%. Of the child's rights principles whose inclusion in the objectives of the document is believed to be important, 23 out of the 26 rights contained in the research tools, were included. There are no statistically significant differences between the primary and middle stages in the objectives that address the explicit principles of child's rights in the four areas in the goals of the two stages. There are no statistically significant differences between the primary and the middle stages in terms of the goals that address the implicit principles of the child's rights in the two areas of child's rights and the private rights.
