"استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على عملية التصميم الهندسي لتنمية بعض مهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة الدبلوم المهنية لإعداد معلم مدارس المتفوقين في العلوم والتكنولوجيا (STEM) بكلية التربية جامعة الزقازيق، وفي ضوء ذلك تم اختيار عينة البحث تكونت من (30) طالب وطالبة من طلبة الدبلوم المهني (STEM) بكلية التربية جامعة الزقازيق للعام الدراسي 2019-2020 م، وطبقت عليهم أدوات البحث (اختبار التفكير الاستراتيجي - مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز) قبليا، وتم تدريس البرنامج المقترح لعينة البحث وبعد الانتهاء منه تم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا، ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التفكير الاستراتيجي ككل وفي مهاراته الفرعية كلا على حده لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الدافعية للإنجاز ككل وفي أبعاده الفرعية كلا على حده لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات الطلبة في اختبار التفكير الاستراتيجي ودرجات الطلبة في مقياس والدافعية للإنجاز، وتم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. The current research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the engineering design process to develop some strategic thinking skills and motivation for achievement among professional diploma students to prepare teachers for schools of excellence in science and technology (STEM) at the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University, and in light of this, a research sample was selected consisting of (30 A student from one of the STEM students at the Faculty of Education, Zagazig University for the academic year 2019/2020 AD, and the research tools were applied to them (strategic thinking test - measure of motivation to achieve) beforehand, and the teaching of the research sample and after it was completed, the research tools were applied afterward, and the treatment of Data using appropriate statistical methods The results resulted in a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the members of the research group in the pre and post applications of the strategic thinking test as a whole and in its sub-skills separately in favor of the post application, and the presence of a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the group members. Research on the pre and post applications of the Motivation Achievement Scale as a whole and its sub-dimensions each separately in favor of the post application. It was also found that there is a positive correlation between students ’scores in the strategic thinking test and students’ scores on the scale and motivation for achievement. Some recommendations and proposals were presented in light of the results that have been reached. (Published abstract)
