هدف البحث الحالي إلى التأصل لقضية تمكين المرأة وذلك من خلال التعرف على الأسس الفلسفية لتمكين المرأة من حيث الإطار المفاهيمي، وأهم النظريات المفسرة لتمكين المرأة، وتحليل دور مؤسسات التربية في تمكين المرأة المصرية، والتعرف على واقع تمكين المرأة، وتحليل دور مؤسسات التربية في تمكين المرأة المصرية، والتعرف على واقع تمكين المرأة المصرية في السياق المحلي، ثم وضع سيناريو ابتكاري لتفعيل دور المؤسسات التربية في تمكين المرأة المصرية. ولتحقيق هذا استخدم المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام أسلوب السناريوهات كأحد الأساليب المنهجية في مجال الدراسات المستقبلية الاستشرافية لرسم خطوط عامة حول مستقبل دور المؤسسات التربية في تمكين المرأة المصرية في ظل الأوضاع المجمعية المتغيرة ومتطلبات تحقيق هذا الهدف. وقد تبنى البحث الحالي السيناريو الابتكاري بوصفة رؤية مستقبلية لتجسير الفجوة بين المرأة وعملية التمكين، من أجل تعضيد دورها كعنصر فاعل في عملية التنمية. The current research aimed at rooting out woman's empowerment through identifying the philosophical foundations of this movement in terms of the conceptual framework and the most important theories that explained it. And analyzing the role of educational institutions in empowering Egyptian woman. Also identify the reality of empowerment of Egyptian woman in the local context. Then developing an innovative scenario for the role of educational institutions in empowering Egyptian woman. To achieve this goal the study used the descriptive approach, and the scenario method to draw general lines on the future role of educational institutions in empowering Egyptian woman in the light of changing societal conditions, and the requirements for achieving this goal. The current research adopted the innovative scenario as a vision for bridging the gap between woman and the empowerment process, in order to strengthen her role as an active participant in the development process.
