هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الخدمات المساندة المقدمة للطالبات الصم وضعاف السمع من وجهة نظرهن ونظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في بعض جامعات منطقة مكة المكرمة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المتمثل في الاستبيان والذي اشتمل على أربع أبعاد رئيسية (الخدمات الإدارية والارشادية، والخدمات التقنية، والخدمات البيئية، والخدمات المرتبطة بالعملية التدريسية). تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها ثم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (57) من الطالبات الصم وضعاف السمع، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس ممن سبق لهم تدريس الطالبات الصم وضعاف السمع بجامعة أم القرى، جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وجامعة جدة. وأشارت النتائج الى أن مستوى الخدمات المساندة المقدمة للطالبات الصم وضعاف السمع كانت بمتوسط (2.551)، أي بدرجة متوسطة وفقًا للمعيار الذي اعتمدته الدراسة حسب مقياس ليكرت الرباعي، وتبين من النتائج أن بُعد (الخدمات المرتبطة بالعملية التدريسية) في الترتيب الأول وبدرجة متوسطة، يليها بُعد (الخدمات التقنية) وهي بدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الثالثة جاء بُعد (الخدمات الإدارية والارشادية) وهي أيضًا بدرجة متوسطة، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة جاء بُعد (الخدمات البيئية) وهي بدرجة ضعيفة. This study aimed to identify the reality of supporting services provided to Deaf and hard of hearing (DHH) students from their viewpoint and the view of faculty members in some Makkah Province Universities. The study relied on the descriptive methodology in the questionnaire, which included four main dimensions (administrative and extension services, technical services, environmental services, and the services associated with the teaching process). The validity and reliability was verified then was applied to the study sample of 57 deaf and hard of hearing students, and faculty members who have previously taught deaf and hard of hearing students at Umm al-Qura University, King Abdul Aziz University, and Jeddah University. The results indicated that the level of support services for deaf and hearing-impaired students was an average of (2.551), which on the average measurement according to the standard adopted by the Likert fourth scale, the results show that the sale of (services associated with the teaching process) is ranked first, followed by (technical services), which is rated average, the third came after (administrative and extension services) that is also rated average, and the last is (environmental services), which is weak.
