استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على المنهج الذي اتبعته التربية الإسلامية لمواجهة الجرائم الإلكترونية المنافية للآداب العامة، وهدفت في ذلك حفظ النفس، وتحقيق الصحة الجسمية والنفسية والعقلية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الأصولي، وخصت الدراسة المشاهد غير الأخلاقية التي يروج لها بعض الأفراد عبر الشبكة العنكبوتية. وتحارب التربية الإسلامية الجريمة بكل صورها وأشكالها قبل وقوعها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التربية الإسلامية وضعت منهجا فريدا حتى لا يقع الفرد تحت طائلة الجريمة الإلكترونية المنافية للآداب العامة، أو الترويج لها، ومن مفردات هذا المنهج: الأمر بغض البصر، وكذا منعت التربية الإسلامية الاختلاط بين الجنسين، ويمتد ذلك إلى الاختلاط عبر الإنترنت إلا بضوابط وشروط، منها: أمن الفتنة، كإبعاد الشباب عن الكلام مع الفتيات في سن المراهقة، وكذا عدم الخلوة بالحديث مع المرأة الأجنبية عبر الإنترنت، فلا يجري المحادثة والأبواب مغلقة عليه، إلا بضوابط حيث لا يلجأ إليها إلا لضرورة، وأن يكون موضوع المحادثة مباحا، وألا تخضع المرأة بالقول. كما ربت التربية الإسلامية النساء على إخفاء مفاتنهن أمام الأجانب، ويدخل في ذلك الإنترنت، وتفعيل سياسة التربية بالعقاب، فلولي الأمر أن يتخذ ما يرى من أساليب عقابية، ليردع من تسول له نفسه الترويج لتلك الجرائم الإلكترونية التي تدمر قيم الشباب، علاوة على إكساب الفرد مهارات وقيم التعامل مع الإنترنت، وأن تسعى المؤسسات التعليمية إلى إكساب منسوبيها هذه الأخلاقيات من خلال المناهج والأنشطة التعليمية. The current study aimed at identifying the approach of Islamic education to confront anti-public morals cybercrime, with the purposes of protecting one’s life, and enhancing physical, psychological and mental health. The study used the fundamentalist approach, focusing on the immoral images promoted by some individuals via the internet. Islamic education resists all forms of crime in advance. The study concluded that Islamic education has developed a unique approach preventing individuals from committing or promoting anti-public morals cybercrime, such as ordering Muslims to reduce vision. Islamic education imposes controls and conditions for gender mixing, either in real life or online, including the absence of sedition. Likewise, online privacy with strange woman has controls including that the subject of chat should be permissible, and the woman must not be soft in speech. Islamic education also educates women to hide their charms in front of strangers, either in real life or online, and activates the policy of punishment education, so the guardian has the right to adopt the appropriate punitive methods in order to deter those who promote cybercrime that destroy the values of youth. Therefore, Islamic education aims at providing individuals with the skills and values using the Internet, urging educational institutions to provide students with these ethics via educational curricula and activities.
