هدف البحث إلى وصف العلاقة السببية المباشرة وغير المباشرة بين الروحانية والتدين وإكرام الذات وتقدير الآخرين والضغوط المدركة (العجز والمقاومة) عند الطلاب المعلمين، تكونت عينة البحث من (86) طالب معلم بكلية التربية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بسلطنة عمان، تم تطبيق مقاييس للروحانية، التدين، إكرام الذات، تقدير الآخرين، الضغوط المدركة (العجز والمقاومة) من إعداد الباحثة، وقد أشارت النتائج باستخدام نمذجة المعادلة البنائية أن أفضل نموذج يصف النتائج تضمن أن التدين متغير خارجي Exganous يؤثر بطريقة مباشرة سببية دالة إحصائيا في الروحانية، وتقدير الآخرين، وإدراك العجز أمام الضغوط، ومقاومة الضغوط، كما أتضح أن الروحانية متغير وسيط يؤثر في إكرام الذات وتقدير الآخرين وإدراك العجز أمام الضغوط ومقاومتها، انتهت الدراسة بتوصيات بأهمية تقديم إرشاد ديني صحيح للطلاب المعلمين. Modeling the causal relationships between spirituality, religiousness, self-honor, others' esteem and perceived stress among student-teacher. The study investigated the causal direct and indirect relationships between spirituality, religiousness, self-honor, others’ esteem and perceived stress among student-teachers. Eighty-six student teachers participated in the study. It was revealed that the best model describing the sample data was that religiousness is an exogenous variable which a has a direct effect on spirituality, others’ esteem, perceived stress. It was also found that spirituality is a mediating variable which has a direct effect on self-honor, others’ esteem and perceived stress. Recommendations were provided concerning providing student teachers with religious counseling. (Published abstract)
