The study aimed at reviewing the previous studies of the two key words "teacher and technology", classifying them and the differences between them, and adding a new addition to the Arab educational field. The study used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve its objectives. The study sample consisted of previous studies in the Eric foreign educational database in a random way. To collect study data, the study used the standardized records tool represented in an educational database. The results of the study are summarized in the following: The extent of the results of previous studies of the two key words “teacher and technology” since 2001 till 2020 is 39,785 studies. As for the total extent of the previous studies within the scope of the year 2020, which addressed some challenges that affect the effectiveness of information technology in the school, it was 1749 studies. The environment classification came in most of the previous studies. The results also found that there are statistically significant differences between the classifications of previous studies. The most important recommendations are to provide the appropriate environment for the teacher to contribute to achieving the effectiveness of technology, and paying attention to the classified challenges that affect the effectiveness of technology.
