هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة أهمية أبعاد القيادة المستدامة بالكليات التقنية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وذلك سعياً للوصول إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير القيادة المستدامة بالكليات التقنية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة، وقد تكونت الاستبانة من (26) عبارة مقسمة على أربعة أبعاد للقيادة المستدامة في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وقد طبقت الدراسة خلال العام الدراسي 1441هـ، على عينة عشوائية من القيادات بالكليات التقنية للبنات في المملكة العربية السعودية والبالغ عددها (99) قيادة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جميع أبعاد القيادة المستدامة بالكليات التقنية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة حصلت على درجة أهمية "مرتفعة"، والى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة)، كما خلصت الدراسة وفقاً لتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير القيادة المستدامة بالكليات التقنية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. The study aimed to reveal the degree of importance of the dimensions of sustainable leadership in technical colleges in light of the requirements of Industrial Revolution th4 , the descriptive survey approach was used , a questionnaire consisting of (26) items divided into four dimensions of sustainable leadership in light of the requirements of the Industrial Revolution th4 was used, The study was applied during the academic year 1441 AH, on a random sample of 99 leadership in technical colleges for girls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The results of the study indicated that all dimensions of sustainable leadership in technical colleges in light of the requirements of the Industrial Revolution th4 obtained a "high" degree of importance, and that there were no differences in the average responses of the study sample due to (educational qualification, years of experience). The study also concluded to develop a proposed vision for developing sustainable leadership in technical colleges in light of the requirements of the Industrial Revolution th4. (Published abstract)
