هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام الشراكة المجتمعية في تحقيق متطلبات المدرسة الآمنة في مصر؛ وذلك من خلال إطار فكري يعكس فلسفة الشراكة المجتمعية، فضلاً عن إطار مفاهيمي للمدرسة الآمنة يبرز خصائصها وأهم متطلباتها. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، حيث تضمنت ستة محاور رئيسة هي المتطلبات التشريعية والبيئية والتربوية والصحية والاجتماعية والإدارية، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة بلغت (1022) من المديرين والمعلمين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين ببعض المدارس الإعدادية والثانوية في مصر. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن إسهام الشراكة المجتمعية في تحقيق متطلبات المدرسة الآمنة في مصر جاء بدرجة ضعيفة على مستوى محاور الاستبانة ككل، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن إسهام الشراكة المجتمعية في تحقيق المتطلبات التشريعية والبيئية والتربوية والصحية جاء بدرجة ضعيفة، في حين جاء إسهام الشراكة المجتمعية في تحقيق المتطلبات الاجتماعية والإدارية بدرجة متوسطة؛ كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة وفقًا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - إناث) لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقًا لمتغير الوظيفة (مدير- معلم - أخصائي اجتماعي) لصالح مدير، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقًا لمتغير موقع المدرسة (ريف - حضر) لصالح حضر. This research aimed to identify community partnership contribution in meeting the requirements of safe school requirements in Egypt through an intellectual framework about the philosophy of community partnership, as well as an intellectual framework about the safe school taking into account its characteristics and requirements. The research used the descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire as a tool to collect study data; it included six main axes: legislative, environmental, educational, health, social and administrative requirements. The questionnaire was administered to a sample consisting of (1022) of principals, teachers, and social workers in some preparatory and secondary schools in Egypt. The research indicated that the contribution of the community partnership in meeting the requirements of the safe school in Egypt was weak at the level of the questionnaire dimensions as a whole, as the results showed that the contribution of the community partnership in meeting the legislative, environmental, educational and health requirements was weak, while the contribution of the community partnership in meeting social and administrative requirements was medium. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the sample responses according to the gender variable (males - females) in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences according to the job variable (principal - teacher - social worker) in favor of a principal, and there are statistically significant differences according to the school location variable (rural - urban) in favor of urban areas.
