هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية للمتغيرات (سنوات الخدمة، الدرجة العلمية)، والتعرف على معوقات ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية، وتقديم مقترحات تطويرية لتحسين مستوى الشفافية الإدارية بجامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة على (322) من أصل (1980) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم اختيار العينة وفقًا لمعادلة ستيفن ثامبسون. ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة ضعف ممارسة الشفافية الادارية في جامعة شقراء من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، وأن هناك فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف متغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح من خدمتهم أقل من (5) سنوات، وأن هناك فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية باختلاف متغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح درجة أستاذ. This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing administrative transparency at Shaqra University from the viewpoint of faculty members, and to reveal if there are statistically significant differences in the responses due to the variables of service years and academic degree. Furthermore, the study aimed to identify the obstacles of practicing administrative transparency in Shaqra University. It also aimed to present proposals for enhancing the degree of administrative transparency at Shaqra University from the viewpoints of the faculty members. The study used the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire was used as an instrument for collecting the study data. The study sample consisted of (322) members were selected according to Stephen Thompson's equation from (1980) faculty members. The results of the study revealed that there was no agreement between faculty members on the degree of administrative transparency practice at Shaqra University and there were statistically significant differences in terms of the service years variable in favor of the faculty members who have years of service less than (5) years. There were statistically significant differences in terms of the academic degree variable in favor of professors. (Published abstract)
