This work is in line with the use of information and communication technologies in the field of education (TICE) in the university context. It revolves around the concepts of elearning and the use of different communication and learning tools of a platform. The study was interested in the teachers of the French department of the ENS of Constantine, before thinking of generalizing it. The study tried to examine the emergence of new ICT practices among teachers. We do not have the ambition to change their practices, but to initiate them to change by focusing on ODL training in an educational and academic environment. (Published abstract)

Ce travail s’inscrit dans la lignée des usages des technologies de l’information et de la communication dans le domaine de l’éducation (TICE), en contexte universitaire. Il s’articule autour des concepts d’une FOAD et de l’utilisation des différents outils de communication et d’apprentissage d’une plateforme et leur impact sur la formation de la personnalité des dits enseignants. Notre étude s’est intéressée aux enseignants du département de français de l’ENS de Constantine, avant de penser à la généraliser où nous avons tenté d’examiner l’émergence des nouvelles pratiques en TICE chez nos enseignants témoins. Nous n’avons pas l’ambition de changer leurs pratiques mais de les initier au changement en nous intéressant à la contribution d’une formation en FOAD dans un environnement éducatif et universitaire.
