هدفت الدراسة تعرف إلى الصعوبات التي تواجه المشرفين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة جرش في الأردن من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس فيها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 142 مديراً ومديرة في مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة جرش، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة أداة (استبانة) للكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه المشرفين التربويين تكونت من 41 فقرة وزعت على ثلاثة مجالات هي: (الصعوبات الإدارية والصعوبات الفنية والصعوبات المادية)، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن درجة متوسطة للصعوبات التي تواجه المشرفين التربويين، حيث جاء مجال الصعوبات المادية بالمرتبة الأولى وبدرجة كبيرة، ومجال الصعوبات الفنية في المرتبة الثانية وبدرجة متوسطة، ومجال الصعوبات الإدارية في المرتبة الأخيرة وبدرجة متوسطة، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس على الأداة ككل، ووجود فروق إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح أصحاب الخبرة من 10 سنوات فأكثر. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بضرورة إصدار تشريعات قانونية ملزمة تنظم مهام المشرف التربوي وواجباته الوظيفية، وإعداد وصف وظيفي دقيق لمهام وواجبات المشرف التربوي، والتعميم على كافة الأطراف المعنية بضرورة التقييد بها، تفعيل التواصل الإلكتروني بين المشرفين التربويين ومدراء ومعلمي المدارس، عن طريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، أو استحداث موقع إلكتروني للمشرفين التربويين. This study aims at identifying the difficulties encountered by educational supervisors in the public schools of the Directorate of Education at Jarash Governorate-Jordan, as viewed by the school principals. The study sample consisted of 142 male and female principals from the Directorate of Education at Jarash. To achieve the objectives of this study, a 41-item questionnaire covering three domains of difficulties: (administrative, technical and financial). The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. The study found out a medium degree of difficulties facing the educational supervision processes, where the financial difficulties ranked first with a high degree, followed by the technical difficulties with a medium degree, followed by administrative difficulties domain with a medium degree, as well. The results also reported no statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the gender variable on the instrument performance as a whole, as there were statistically significant differences that can be attributed to the years of experience variable, in favor of 10 years more. In the light of the above results, the researcher recommended developing new regulations for the supervisors’ work, prepare accurate job description for them, and adopt an incentive scheme of the distinguished educational supervisors, and to vitalize the electronic communication among the educational supervisors and male and female principals of the schools through exchanging experiences and information via social media and launching new webpage for supervisors.
