تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة بين المشكلات السلوكية لدى الأبناء وبعض المتغيرات ذات الصلة بالأم (السن والعمل والمستوى التعليمي). لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتم تطبيق مقياس "ش" للمشكلات السلوكية لدى الأطفال بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية من طرف الباحثتين على عينة من (165) تلميذ(ة) يتابعون دراستهم بالمدارس الابتدائية التابعة للمقاطعة الأولى لولاية سيدي بلعباس وتراوحت أعمارهم مابين 10 إلى 13 سنة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي أن غالبية الأبناء لديهم درجة منخفضة في المشكلات السلوكية بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ممارسة التلاميذ للمشكلات السلوكية تعزي إلى سن الأم وعملها ومستواها التعليمي. This study aims to investigate the relationship between mothers' age, profession, and educational level and their children's behavioral problems. To achieve the objective of this study the description method was used through the application of "H" scale for Children's behavioral problems (adapted for the Algerian environment). The sample of the study consists of 165 pupils at the primary school of Sidi Bel Abbes, Algeria. Their age ranged between 10 and 13 years old. The study found that the majority of the children have low degree of behavioral problems. In addition to that, no statistical significant difference was observed in pupil's practice of behavioral problems related to their mothers' age, profession or education level. (Published abstract)
