هدفت الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استراتيجية التنافس التدريسية في رياض الأطفال بمدينة بيشة بالمملكة العربية السعودية وكذلك إلى تباين الاتجاهات بفعل اختلاف المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة التدريسية، والتدريب. ولتحقق الهدف تم استخدام مقياس الاتجاهات وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (122) معلمة رياض أطفال. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن طبيعة اتجاهات المعلمات نحو استراتيجية التنافس في تدرس الأطفال متوسطة بين الإيجابية والسلبية. حيث وافقت المعلمات ولكن إلى حد ما بأن للاستراتيجية آثار إيجابية على تعلم الأطفال وفي الوقت ذاته توافق المعلمات إلى حد ما على وجود آثار سلبية للاستراتيجية التنافسية. وكذلك لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعود لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. ولكن يوجد فروق لصالح المعلمات ذوات سنوات الخبرة الأطول في مقترحات البدائل للاستراتيجية التنافسية. ويوجد فروق لصالح المعلمات اللواتي تلقين دورات تدريبية أكثر. The study aimed to identify the nature of teachers' attitudes toward competition teaching strategy in kindergarten in Bisha, Saudi Arabia, as well as to vary the nature of teachers' attitudes due to the different educational qualifications, years of teaching experience, and training. To achieve the goal, an attitude scale was used. The study sample consisted of (122) kindergarten teachers. The study found that the nature of teachers' attitudes toward competition teaching strategy was moderate between positive and negative. The teachers agreed, but to some extent, that the strategy had positive effects on children's learning, and at the same time the teachers agreed to some extent on the negative effects of the competitive strategy. Also, there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of the educational qualification. However, there were differences because of teachers with more years of experience in proposals for alternatives to competitive teaching strategy. Also, there were differences because of teachers who received more training sessions. (Published abstract)
