تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مستوى الأمل لدى طلبة الجامعة وكشف الفروق بين أفراد العينة في المتغيرات التالية: (النوع- السن- المستوى الدراسي- الإقامة). ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تكونت العينة من (315) طالب منهم (171) طالبا في السنة الثانية و(144) طالبا في السنة الثالثة للسنة الدراسية 2019/2018. ولقياس مستوى الأمل لدى أفراد العينة قامت الباحثتان باستعمال مقياس الأمل لصاحبه "سنايدر" المقنن للبيئة الجزائرية من طرف "بشير معمرية" (2011) وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات المقياس ، ثم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة و تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها باستعمال البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS)، وقد كانت أهم النتائج كما يلي: 1) هناك مستوى متوسط من الأمل لدى طلبة عينة الدراسة. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الأمل تبعا لمتغير النوع؛ المستوى الدراسي والسن. 3) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الأمل تبعا لمتغير الإقامة لصالح الخارجيين. وقد نوقشت نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة مع بعض التوصيات. The present study aims to measure the level of hope on a sample of students from the University of Ouargla and to discover the differences between them in the variables: (gender - age - academic level - residence). After applying the Snyder scale of hope the validity and reliability of the scale were confirmed. Then the scale was applied on a sample of (315) second- and third-year students from the Department of Psychology and Educational Sciences for the academic year 2018/2019. Using the descriptive approach and the statistical processing of the data, the results showed that there is an average level of hope among university students and that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores. Hope according to the gender variable and the variable of academic level (second and third) and the age variable and that there are statistically significant differences between the means of the degrees of hope according to the variable Residence in favor of out of university residence.
