هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مستوى تقدير الذات عند معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية، العاملين في مقاطعة وادي العلايق التابعة لمديرية التربية لولاية البليدة، كما هدفت أيضا إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين تقدير الذات وجنس المعلم، إشتملت عينة الدراسة على (107) معلم، من أصل (400) معلم، وقد تم إختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة، ولجمع البيانات اللازمة، إستخدمنا مقياس تقدير الذات. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقدير الذات عند معلم المرحلة الإبتدائية متوسطة، وأنه لا توجد فروق في درجات تقدير الذات بين المعلمين والمعلمات. This study aimed at measuring the level of self-esteem among primary school teachers who are working in Wadi Al-Alayq, city of Blida. It also aimed to reveal the relationship between self-esteem and the gender of the teacher. The sample included 107 teachers out of 400 teachers, have been selected by simple random sampling, and to collect the necessary data, we used the self-esteem scale. The results of this study showed that the degree of self-esteem in the primary school teacher is moderate, and there are no differences in the degree of self-esteem between teachers according to their gender.
