مفهوم المواطنة من المفاهيم الجامعة التي تندرج تحتها قضايا كثيرة منها: حقوق الإنسان ـ الديمقراطية ـ الهوية والانتماء ـ الوحدة الوطنية وغيرها، وتلعب التربية المدرسية خاصَة في الطور الابتدائي دورا مهمَا في تعليم أبنائنا معنى المواطنة وأشكال أدائها والقيم المرتبطة بها، وللتربية المدنية دورها في تغيير أنماط السلوك وتوجيهه لدى الأطفال بما يخدم المواطنة الفعَالة والإيجابية. وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف بتربية المواطنة في مدارسنا الابتدائية، ومعرفة أهم القيم المرتبطة بالمواطنة التي تؤكد عليها منظومتنا التربوية وأبرز المفاهيم المتعلَقة بها، وترمي إلى توضيح دور الكتاب المدرسي خاصَة كتاب التربية المدنية في هذا الأمر، ولهذا قمنا بقراءة نوعية لهذه الكتب باعتبارها تمثَل مجتمع البحث، وبمقارنة بين كتابين يمثلان عينة البحث، الأول من الجيل القديم والثاني من الجيل الجديد لمعرفة أوجه التشابه والاختلاف بينهما، وتوصَلت الدراسة إلى أنَ منظومتنا التربوية تمرَر مجموعة من القيم والمبادئ والمفاهيم المرتبطة بالمواطنة. ويمكن في الأخير للمهتمين بالتربية الاستفادة من هذه الورقة. The concept of citizenship is one of the concepts that embodies many issues such as human rights, public freedoms, democracy, identity and belonging, national unity and others. School education especially in the primary stage plays an important role in the education of our young children. Concept of citizenship is one of the most universal concepts. The study aims to introduce citizenship education in the primary, and to know the values and concepts associated with and aims to clarify the role of the textbook related to the subject of civil education. For this we have made a qualitative reading to these books as representing the research sample, making a comparison between two books that represent the research sample, the first of the old generation and the second of the new generation; similarities and differences between them, were considered. Civic education has a role in changing behavior patterns and guiding children to serve effective and positive citizenship. (Published abstract)
