هدفت الدراسة لاقتراح تصور برنامج تدريبي، لتنمية بعض كفايات التوجيه والإرشاد المهني، بناءا على تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لفئة مستشاري التوجيه والتقييم والإدماج المهني، العاملين بقطاع التكوين والتعليم المهنيين، والتابعين للمقاطعة الغربية التي يشرف عليها معهد سنحظري عبد الحفيظ بسيدي بلعباس. تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي، وبناء أداة البحث المتمثلة في استبيان الاحتياجات التدريبية. وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبيان، طبق على عينة عددها (98) مستشارا. أظهرت النتائج أن المستشارون بحاجة للتدريب بدرجة متوسطة، وحسب الترتيب التنازلي التالي: الدراسات والتحقيقات، التقييم والتوجيه، الإدماج المهني، المرافقة والإعلام. كما تبين أنه لا توجد فروق في الاحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ومتغير المؤهل العلمي ومتغير سنوات الخبرة. وعلى ضؤ هذه النتائج، تم اقتراح برنامج تدريبي في مجال التقييم والتوجيه، وأوصت الباحثتان بإعداد برامج تدريبية في المجالات الأخرى التي شملتها الدراسة. The aim of the study was to propose a training program for the development of some vocational counselling and guidance competencies, based on the identification of the training needs of the counselors of guidance, evaluation and occupational integration, working in the professional training and education sector, that belong to the western district, which is supervised by the institute of Sanhadri Abdel Hafiz, Sidi Bel Abbes. The descriptive approach was used, and the study tool was constructed to determine the training needs. After verifying the validity of the questionnaire, it was applied to a sample of (98) counselors. The results showed that counselors need to be trained in a medium level, in the following areas, respectively: studies and investigations, evaluation and guidance, professional integration, accompaniment, and the media. It was also found that there are no differences in training needs due to the gender variable, academic qualification and years of experience. In the light of these results, a training program was proposed in the field of guidance and evaluation. The two researchers recommended the preparation of training programs in the other areas covered by this study. (Published abstract)
