هدف هذا البحث إلي قياس أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم علي بعض تطبيقات التعلم المنتشر لتنمية مهارات استخدام المكتبات الرقمية لدي أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم بمنطقة عسيرواتجاهاتهم نحوهاوتكونت عينة الدراسة من (29) أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم بمنطقة عسير التعليمية، وذلك من خلال برنامج تدريبي مقترح ثم تطبيق الأدوات التالية: اختبار تحصيلي، بطاقة ملاحظة أداء مهارات استخدام المكتبات الرقمية، مقياس اتجاهات نحو استخدام تطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني المنتشر، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عما يلي: 1) يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.50) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الجانب المعرفي لمهارات استخدام المكتبات الرقمية لصالح التطبيق البعدي يرجع أثره الأساسي لتطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني المنتشر (البودكاست وتقنية RSs). 2) يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.50) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي على بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء العملي لمهارات استخدام المكتبات الرقمية لصالح التطبيق البعدي يرجع أثره الأساسي لتطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني المنتشر (البودكاست وتقنية RSs). 3) يوجد فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.50) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي علي مقياس الاتجاهات نحو تطبيقات التعلم الإلكتروني المنتشر لصالح التطبيق البعدي يرجع أثره الأساسي لتطبيقات التعلم المنتشر (البودكاست وتقنية RSs). The objective of this research is to measure the impact of a proposed training program is based on some of the learning applications   spread to the development of the use of digital libraries skills of Trustees of learning resources in Asir centers and attitudes towards it and study sample consisted of (29) of Trustees of the learning resource centers in Asir education, through the proposed training program Then apply the following tools: achievement test, performance Note the use of digital libraries skills card, gauge trends towards the use of learning FREE widespread applications, have resulted in the search for what the results of the following: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.50) between the mean scores of the respondents in the pre and post application to test the cognitive aspect of the skills of the use of digital libraries in favor of the post application its main effect is due to the widespread application of e-learning (podcast and technical RSs). 2) There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.50) between the mean scores of the respondents in the tribal application and post the card NOTE practical performance skills, the use of digital libraries for the benefit of the dimensional application because its main effect of the application of e-learning metastatic (podcast and technical RSs). 3) There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.50) between the mean scores of the respondents in the pre and post application on a scale trends towards e-learning technology widespread in favor of the post application its main effect is due to the widespread applications of Learning (podcast and technical RSs).
