هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن لمفهوم الإدارة بالأهداف من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية العاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم في محافظة الكرك والبالغ عددهم (3920) معلما ومعلمة شملت عينة الدراسة (196) معلما ومعلمة، منهم (91) معلماُ و(105) معلمة ويشكلون ما نسبته (5%) من مجتمع الدراسة. وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة الإدارة بالأهداف التي طورها الباحث. وبينت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق مفهوم الإدارة بالأهداف لمديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية كانت متوسطة إذ بلغت (3.61) درجة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، وأشارت النتائج أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح حملة البكالوريوس في حين لم يظهر أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الخبرة التعليمية، توصل الباحث إلى بعض التوصيات من أهمها: العمل على رفع مستوى مفهوم الإدارة بالأهداف لدى المديرين والمديرات في المدارس من خلال تعريضهم لبرامج تدريبية وتأهيلية ممنهجة. This study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of secondary schools and government managers in Jordan the concept of management by objectives from the point of view of teachers. The study sample consisted of all the teachers in the governmental secondary school in all directorate of education in AL-Karak province, who are (3920) teachers. The sample include (196) male and female teachers, (91) male and (105) female. And they form (5%) of this study. To achieve the aims of this study we used an identification of the management by objectives that the researchers developed. The result of this study shows the degree of the management by objectives to the head masters of the governmental secondary schools was medium and it was (3.61). There were significant differences according to the gender in favor of female teachers. And there were significant differences according to academic qualification variable in favor of BH degree. And there were no significant differences according to the educational experience. The researcher recommends to raise the level of the management by objectives of the headmasters by conducting specialized training courses. (Published abstract)
