هدف البحث الحالي التعرُّف على درجة توافر أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية الحكومية للبنات في محافظة عنيزة بمنطقة القصيم من وجهه نظر المعلمات، كذلك الكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى استجابات عينة الدراسة تُعزَى لمتغير الخبرة والتخصص، وأيضاً التعرُّف على معوقات تطبيق الاستقامة التنظيمية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة من وجه نظر المعلمات، ترجع الى متغير (سنوات الخبرة/ التخصص العلمي)، وأعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي بنمطه الارتباطي ،واستخدمت الاستبانة بالاستفادة من مقياس كاميرون (Cameron et al., 2004, 12) كأداة للبحث وطبقت على عينة تكونت من عدد (130) معلمة للمرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة حسب معادلة (ستيفن ثامبسون)، وتوصل البحث إلى أن درجة ممارسة أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة من وجهة نظر المعلمات متحققة بدرجة كبيرة حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الوزني للدرجات الكلية على هذا المحور 3.74 بانحراف معياري 1.02، وجاءت الأبعاد الفرعية جميعها متحققة بدرجة كبيرة، وجاء في الترتيب الأول بعد الثقة التنظيمية بمتوسط وزني 3.79 وانحراف معياري 1.08، يليه النزاهة التنظيمية بمتوسط وزني 3.78 وانحراف معياري 0.99، ثم في الترتيب الثالث التسامح التنظيمي بمتوسط وزني 3.75 وانحراف معياري 0.96 وفي الترتيب الرابع التفاؤل التنظيمي بمتوسط وزني 3.75 وانحراف معياري 1.03 وأخيراً في الترتيب الخامس بعد التعاطف التنظيمي بمتوسط وزني 3.64 وانحراف معياري 1.06، أما بالنسبة للمعوقات التي تحول دون ممارسة مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة لأبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر المعلمات متحققة بدرجة متوسطة حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الوزني للدرجات الكلية على هذا المحور 2.81 بانحراف معياري 1.27، وجاءت المعوقات الفرعية متحققة جميعها بدرجة متوسطة، وتكاد تكون بنفس الدرجة، حيث جاء في الترتيب الأول المعوقات التنظيمية بمتوسط وزني 2.82 وانحراف معياري 1.28 يليها المعوقات الاجتماعية بمتوسط وزني 2.79 وانحراف معياري 1.25، كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة ممارسة أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة ترجع لاختلاف التخصص، كما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول درجة ممارسة أبعاد الاستقامة التنظيمية لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بمحافظة عنيزة ترجع لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة. The current research aims to identify the degree of the availability of the dimensions of organizational honesty among the principals of public secondary schools for girls in Unaizah governorate in the Qassim region from the point of view of the teachers. The research also aims to reveal the statistically significant differences in organizational honesty among the responses of the study sample due to the variable of experience and specialization. Moreover, it aims to identify the obstacles that face the application of organizational honesty in public secondary schools in Onaizah Governorate from the point of view of the teachers, due to the variable (years of experience/ scientific specialization). The research relied on the descriptive approach with its correlative style. The questionnaire was used by making use of the Cameron Scale (Cameron et al., 2004, 12) as a research tool. It was applied to a sample of (130) secondary school teachers in public schools in Unaizah Governorate according to (Steven Thompson) equation. The research concluded that the degree of practicing dimensions of organizational honesty among principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah governorate from the point of view of the teachers are largely achieved, as the weighted average value of the total scores on this axis was 3.74 with a standard deviation of 1.02. The subdimensions were largely achieved, and they ranked first after organizational confidence with a weighted average of 3.79 and a standard deviation of 1.08, followed by organizational integrity with a weighted average of 3.78 and a standard deviation of 0.99, then in the third rank organizational tolerance with a weighted average of 3.75 and a standard deviation of 0.96, and in the fourth rank organizational optimism with a mean of 3.75 and a standard deviation of 1.03, and finally in the fifth rank after organizational sympathy with a weighted average of 3.64 and a standard deviation of 1.06. As for the obstacles which prevents the practice of the principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah governorate of the dimensions of organizational honesty from the point of view of the teachers, the weighted average of the total scores on this axis was 2.81 with a standard deviation of 1.27, and all the sub-obstacles were achieved to a medium degree, and they are almost to the same degree. A standard deviation of 1.25, and there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample members about the degree of practicing the dimensions of organizational honesty among the principals of government secondary schools in Unaizah governorate due to the difference in specialization. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample members about the degree of practicing the dimensions of organizational honesty by the principals of public secondary schools in Unaizah governorate due to different years of experience.
