هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الصداقة في مكان العمل بمدارس محافظة شمال الشرقية في سلطنة عُمان في ضوء نموذج بلجين وكيرال، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (173) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر الصداقة في مكان العمل بمدارس محافظة شمال الشرقية في سلطنة عُمان في ضوء نموذج بلجين وكيرال جاءت عالية بصورة إجمالية، كما جاءت عالية أيضاً في مجالي الدراسة وهما فرص الصداقة، وانتشار الصداقة. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغير المسمى الوظيفي، بينما وجدت هذه الفروق في مُتغيرات الجنس ولصالح الإناث، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح عينة ماجستير فأعلى، وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح عينة 10 سنوات فأكثر. The present study aimed to identify the degree of availability of friendship in the workplace in the schools of North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Bilgin and Kiral Model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (173) teachers. The results of the study reached that The degree of availability of friendship in the workplace in the schools of North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Bilgin and Kiral Model came generally high degree ; They also came high degree of all Fields: friendship opportunities and Friendship Prevalence; The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members at the level (α ≤ 0.05) due to the job title variable, while these differences were found in the variables of gender in favor of females, scientific qualification in favor of a master's sample and above, years of experience and in favor of a sample of 10 years and more.
