هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى توافر الكفاءة الذاتية لدى مُديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء النموذج النرويجي المطور ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (361) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر الكفاءة الذاتية لدى مُديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء النموذج النرويجي المطور جاء متوسطاً بصورة إجمالية ، كما جاء متوسطاً في محاور تطوير الاهداف، وتوجيه وارشاد المعلمين، وتنمية الثقافة الاجتماعية، بينما جاء عالياً في محوري بناء بيئة تعلم إيجابية وامنة، وتحفيز المعلمين. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيري سنوات الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي، بينما وجدت هذه الفروق في مُتغيري الجنس ولصالح الإناث، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح عينة البكالوريوس. The present study aimed to identify The Availability level of self-efficacy among principals of basic education schools in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the developed Norwegian Model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (361) teachers. The results of the study reached that the Availability level of self-efficacy among principals of basic education schools in North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the developed Norwegian Model came average generally; It also came average in the fields of developing goals, guiding teachers, and developing social culture, while it came high in the field of building a positive and safe learning environment, and motivating teachers; The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members at the level (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variables of years of experience and job title, while these differences were found in the variables of sex and in favor of females, Scientific qualification and in favor of the bachelor's sample.
