هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء رؤية إستراتيجية لتطوير أداء المؤسسات التعليمة التابعة للأوقاف في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة من خلال الكشف عن واقع أداء المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف ومعرفة متطلبات تطوير الأداء في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة من وجهة نظر قائدات ومعلمات المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف، كما اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المُختلط، باستخدام أداتي الاستبانة والمُقابلة، وطُبقت الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددهم (601) قائدة ومعلمة، بينما طُبّقت المقابلات على عينة قصدية من خبراء مختصين في المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى: كشْف واقع أداء المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة حيث جاء بدرجة منخفضة بمتوسط حسابي (2.52)، وتبين هذه النتيجة وجود فجوة كبيرة بين الأداء ومبادئ الحوكمة. وتعرّفت الدراسة على حاجة المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف لمتطلبات تطوير الأداء في ضوء مبادئ الحوكمة، حيث جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.33)، وتبين أن المتطلب التثقيفي جاء بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (3.51). وكشفت المقابلات نقاط القوة والضعف والتهديدات والفرص للمؤسسات التعليمية التابعة للأوقاف، وبينت الهدف الرئيسي للرؤية الاستراتيجية وإجراءات تفعيلها. وانتهت الدراسة ببناء رؤية إستراتيجية لتطوير أداء المؤسسات التابعة للأوقاف في ضوء مبادي الحوكمة، واختتمت الدراسة بعرض التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة أن يكون لكل مؤسسة تعليمية تابعة للأوقاف رؤية إستراتيجية تعمل على علاج مشاكلها وحل قضاياها الجوهرية. The study aimed to build a strategic vision for the development of the performance of waqf educational institutions in the light of the principles of governance by knowing the performance of waqf institutions in the light of the principles of governance, and knowing the requirements of performance development in light of the principles of governance from the point of view of the leaders and teachers of the educational institutions of the endowments, and to achieve the goal of The study followed the mixed curriculum, using the questionnaire and interview tools to collect data, and the study community is made up of all the leaders and teachers of the educational institutions of the endowments of Medina (1119), and applied the questionnaire to a random sample of the number ( 601) Leader and teacher, while the interviews were applied to a sample of (6) experts specialized in the educational institutions of the endowments, and the results of the quantitative study concluded a range of results, most notably: the poor performance of the educational institutions of endowments and the existence of a large gap between performance principles of governance, where the computational average of the axis (2.52), a strong indication of the need to develop aspects of internal and external processes and make substantial improvements to them by adopting a strategic vision. The study found that the requirements that contribute to performance development in the light of governance principles are achieved at an average mathematical average (3.33) and show that the educational requirement came first with an average (3.51) and this result shows the need for workers to be educated in all aspects of performance to achieve a high level of quality in the performance of the work. The interviews revealed the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of waqf educational institutions and outlined the main objective of strategic vision and its activation procedures. The study ended with the construction of a strategic vision to develop the performance of waqf institutions in the light of governance principles. The study recommended that every educational institution should have a strategic vision that works to solve its problems. (Published abstract)
