هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في قضاء قلعة سكر للمدارس الإعدادية من وجهة نظر المدرسين، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه تطوير عملية التعليم الإلكتروني، والفروق في آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيري (الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة الدراسة توزيعها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (380) مدرس ومدرسة، وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي من خلال برنامج (SPSS) تبين أن هناك ضعف في تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس الإعدادية في قضاء قلعة سكر من وجهة نظر المدرسين، كما أن هناك مستوى عالي من المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق هذا النوع من التعليم، فضلاً عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس الإعدادية في قضاء قلعة سكر من وجهة نظر المدرسين تبعاً لمتغيري (الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها ضرورة إنشاء مركز يختص في التعليم الإلكتروني في الوزارة يهدف إلى الإهتمام بتطوير العملية التعليمية وخصوصاً في ظل جائحة كورونا. This study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning in Qalaat Sukkar district for middle schools from the teachers' point of view, and to identify the obstacles facing the development of the e-learning process, and the differences in the opinions of the study sample members according to the two variables (experience, educational qualification), and to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was developed The study distributed it to a random sample of (380) teachers and schools, and after conducting a statistical analysis through the (SPSS) program, it was found that there is a weakness in the application of e-learning in middle schools in Qalaat Sukkar district from the teachers' point of view, and there is a high level of obstacles Which face the application of this type of education, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the opinions of the study sample members about the reality of e-learning in middle schools in Qalaat Sukar from the teachers' point of view according to the variables (experience, qualification The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the necessity of establishing a center specialized in e-learning in the ministry, which aims to take care of developing the educational process, especially in light of the Corona pandemic.
