هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل محتوى كتاب الرياضيات للصف الخامس الأساسي ضمن معيار التواصل الرياضي لمعايير المجلس الوطني لمعلمي الرياضيات NCTM، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باتباع اسلوب تحليل المحتوى. وتكونت عينة الدراسة في الموضوعات الواردة في منهاج كتب الرياضيات للصف الخامس الأساسي والتي طبقت في عام 2018-2019 م في فلسطين بواقع كتابين" فصلين". واستخدمت الباحثة أداة تحليل المحتوى التي تم إعدادها استناد الى معايير المجلس القومي لمعلمي الرياضيات NCTM، الخاصة بمعايير العمليات "التواصل الرياضي". وخلصت الدراسة إلى تضمين كتب الرياضيات للصف الخامس الاساسي للعام الدراسي 2018-2019م لمعايير المجلس القومي لمعلمي الرياضيات NCTM، للمحتوى بنسب متفاوتة، ومن أهم التوصيات الدراسة إجراء المزيد من البحوث والدراسات على مناهج الرياضيات من خلال تحليل محتواها في ضوء معايير NCTM، وخاصة في مجال الاتصال الرياضي لقلة الابحاث في هذا المجال، وإعادة النظر في مواطن الضعف في كتب الرياضيات للصف الخامس وتعزيز نقاط القوة. The study aimed to analyze the content of the fifth grade math book within the Mathematical Communication Standard of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) standards. 2018- 2019 AD in Palestine, with two books "two chapters", and the researchers used the content analysis tool that was prepared based on the standards of the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) for the standards of operations "mathematics communication".
