هدف الدراسة تعرف الأسس النظرية للمشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم، والكشف عن طبيعة مدارس التربية الفكرية في مصر. وتقديم تصورات ومقترحات لتفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية في مدارس التربية الفكرية في مصر، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تفعيل مبدأ اللامركزية في صُنع واتخاذ القرار في المستويات المختلفة بمدارس التربية الفكرية، وتوفير قنوات ووسائل اتصال بين مدارس التربية الفكرية والمجتمع المحلي، والعمل على نشر الوعي الثقافي بالمجتمع عن أهمية المشاركة المجتمعية في التعليم، وما يمكن أن تحدثه هذه المشاركة في تحسين تطوير التعليم، وتوعية أولياء الأمور بأهمية مشاركتهم في تربية ورعاية أبنائهم واعتمادهم على المدرسة وحدها في تنشئة الأبناء، ضرورة الاهتمام بإنشاء إدارة لتنظيم الجهود المجتمعية وتوجيهها نحو الأساليب والإجراءات، التي من شأنها أن تزيد من جودة العملية التعليمية في مدارس التربية الفكرية. حيث أصبحت العملية التعليمية في الوقت الراهن لا تعتمد اعتمادًا كليًا على المدرسة وحدها بل تطورت وانتشرت لتشمل الأسرة والمجتمع بكافة فئاته، ومع دخول هذه العناصر الجديدة في العملية التعليمية والتربوية ظهر مفهوم المشركة المجتمعية، ونبع ذلك من فكر يؤمن بمجتمع المعرفة ومجتمع المتعلمين، الذين يشاركون في بناء المعرفة وفي إثراء منهج التعليم داخل المدرسة وخارجها. The study aimed to define the theoretical foundations of community participation in education, to uncover the nature of schools of intellectual education in Egypt, to present perceptions and proposals to activate community participation in schools of intellectual education in Egypt, and to use the descriptive approach, and the study reached the need to activate the principle of decentralization in decision-making and decision-making at levels. The various schools of intellectual education, providing channels and means of communication between schools of intellectual education and the local community, and working to spread cultural awareness in the community about the importance of community participation in education, and what this participation can have in improving the development of education, and educating parents about the importance of their participation in the education and care of their children and their accreditation the school alone, in raising children, must pay attention to establishing an administration to organize community efforts and direct them towards methods and procedures that will increase the quality of the educational process in schools of intellectual education.
