تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري على الذاكرة المهارية في الوسط المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لولاية المسيلة ومحاولة الكشف عن طبيعة الفروق الموجودة بين التلاميذ بعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة. ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، وقمنا بتطبيق استبيان الذاكرة المهارية وبعد التحقق من صدقه وثباته. وتمثل مجتمع بحثنا في: 166 أستاذاً للتربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي لولاية المسيلة. وتم توزيع الاستمارة على كامل أفراد مجتمع البحث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: للشرح والإيضاح السمعي البصري تأثير ايجابي على الذاكرة المهارية وذاكرة الاداءات الأساسية والأداءات المهارية في الوسط المدرسي. This objective of this study is to know the effect of explanation and audiovisual clarification on the skill memory in the school. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we used the descriptive method, and we applied the skill memory questionnaire after verifying its credibility and reliability. And our research community was represented in: 166 teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary school stage of Msila district. The questionnaire was given to all the members of the research community, and the findings of the study were represented in: The audio-visual explanation and clarification has a positive effect on the skill memory and effect on the memory of the main performances and memory of the skill performances in the school environment.
