The current research aims to identify the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the school and the local community in the primary schools in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate from the point of view of teachers. The researcher used the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a tool for data collection, and the research sample consisted of (80) male and female teachers in Jerash schools, and they were chosen randomly. The results indicated a level (average) for the role of the school administration in activating the partnership between the school and the local community, the Directorate of Education of Jerash Governorate. Economics) ranked third, with a medium degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of gender on the total score, while there were statistically significant differences in (the educational aspect, the social aspect, and the economic aspect) in favor of females. And there were no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of the teaching experience in the fields (the educational aspect, the social aspect, the economic aspect, the total degree). The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the field of "economic" and the differences came in favor of higher studies). There are no statistically significant differences (α=0.05) due to the effect of academic qualification in (the social aspect, the educational aspect, and the total degree). (Published abstract)
