This study aimed to determine the impact of conscious school management in the face of bullying among students from the point of view of school principals, Zarqa first education. Consciousness in the face of bullying among students from the point of view of school principals affiliated with the Directorate of Education, Zarqa First. The study recommended the necessity of holding training courses for school administrations to learn how to confront bullying among students. And the need for all education directorates in the Kingdom to follow up on their affiliated schools in order to help school administrations in the face of bullying among students. The study also recommended conducting a periodic study in Zarqa First Schools on the causes of bullying among students, as these reasons may differ from one region to another. (Published abstract)
