هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس الثانوية العربية للبنات بمدينة أبشة، من خلال آراء المعلمين والمعلمات. واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في خمسين (50) معلماً ومعلمة. وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: 1) معظم المعلمين بالمدارس الثانوية العربية للبنات بمدينة أبشة، هم من الذكور، ومن خريجي الكليات غير التربوية. 2) نقص المعلمين بالمدارس. 3) عدم وجود أخصائيات اجتماعيات. 4) عدم وجود معلمات للتربية البدنية. 5) ساحات الأنشطة الرياضية بالمدارس غير مناسبة للبنات. 6) قلة الوسائل التعليمية بالمدارس، والموجود منها قديم. 7) عدم توفر الإضاءة بالمدارس. 8) قلة استخدام المعلمين للوسائل التعليمية في المواد العلمية. 9) قلة زيارة أولياء أمور البنات للمدارس. 10) قلة اهتمام أولياء الأمور بمعرفة مستوى تقدم بناتهم. بناء على النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث يمكن أن يوصي ب: 1) زيادة عدد المعلمين بالمدارس، مع التركيز على اختيار المعلمات خريجات كليات التربية. 2) تزويد المدارس بالأخصائيات الاجتماعيات، ومعلمات للتربية البدنية. 3) دعم المدارس بالوسائل التعليمية الحديثة، وتدريب المعلمين على استخدامها. 4) توعية أولياء الأمور، بأهمية زيارة بناتهم بالمدارس. The study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the principals of Arab secondary schools for girls in Abeche, through the opinions of male and female teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive approach and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the study sample consisted of fifty (50) male and female teachers. The study showed the following results: 1) Most of the teachers in the Arab secondary schools for girls in Abeche are males, and they are graduates of non-educational colleges. 2)Shortage of teachers in schools. 3) The lack of social workers. 4) There are no physical education teachers. 5) School sports yards are not suitable for girls. 6) The lack of educational means in schools, and the existing ones are old. 7) Lack of lighting in schools. 8) The lack of teachers' use of teaching aids in scientific subjects. 9) Fewer girls’ parents visit schools. 10) Parents' lack of interest in knowing their daughters' progress. Based on the findings of the researcher, recommend the following: 1) Increasing the number of teachers in schools, with a focus on selecting teachers who are graduates of faculties of education. 2) Providing schools with social workers and physical education teachers. 3) Supporting schools with modern educational means, and training teachers to use them. 4) Tell the parents about the importance of visiting their daughters in schools.
