This study aims to reveal the reality teaching practice in Faculty of Education, Alfashir University. The researcher followed the descriptive method. The sample of the study included 100 students. A questionnaire was designed to survey students of level eight in the faculty of education who wear trained in the school of Alfashir Town during the school year 2018. The following results wear obtained: 1) The registration was done early. That helped much in the success of teaching practice programs. 2) The administration of the Faculty does not realest the trainees to perform teaching practice. This makes them busy. 3) The follow up of the training administration is inadequate compared to magnitude of the programs and the number of the trainees. 4) The number of the supervisor is not enough to follow up the vast number of the trainees. 5) The scores given to the trainees by the supervisors are objective and compatible with exerted effort. 6) The headmasters of the schools do invite the trainees to attend the meeting held by administration of the schools.
